Take today's nap, for example. I lay on my back, switched on the binaural beats, and stayed still. A few times, I grew itchy, but I ignored it. However, I never got the urge to move, and the closest thing to shocks/vibrating I got was the itchiness. Nor did I feel heavy.
I admit I never tried WILD in WBTB, but I plan to tonight. Perhaps it will work better.
Not 100% sure but I think you're supposed to listen to binaural beats before going to sleep rather than during; I guess it could be used as an anchor though, but personally I can't sleep with music on. You definately have to be tired enough to fall asleep to WILD, so I would recommend a WBTB; be sure to gauge your tiredness for how long you need to stay up as to not fall back asleep, but don't wake yourself up completely. Good luck.
