      Unhappy Dancing Heart !!!

      Hey DV !

      i cant wild at all .. thx to my heart !



      it start beat like hell when i try to wild ,, here's my try :
      i put an alarm that turn off automatically with really annoying sound ,, last time i putted it about 6:30 hours after i went to sleep ,, i woke up EXACTLY in the middle of the dream ,, i didn't open my eyes i didn't move at all !
      but my fuckin heart started to dance ,, it was beating very fast ,, i stayed more than 10 minutes and it was just going faster ,, it started when i heard the alarm ,, i couldn't feel my body ,, i even couldn't know what side i am on (right or left) ,, i couldn't relax ,, and no images or sounds ,, i maybe saw 1 or 2 images but when i see it my heart just go faster and it disappear,,, :/
      i tried wilding twice ,, same results ,, please help !
      and plz can you see my other controlling problem here !

      Yep, either it's a hallucination or you really have to learn to relax. It's not that big of a deal, lots of people experience it. Other sensations can include the feeling of suffocation, falling, rocking back and forth, visual and auditory hallucinations... The list goes on and on.

      NO NO ,, its not hallucination ,, cuz when i stop wilding and get out of the bed its still same speed :'( !!!

      If it's not a hallucination and it's not due to a heightened emotional state, you should seriously consider seeing a doctor.
