I am having almost the same problem as well. Only even if I do not focus on the sound, simply noticing it will make it go away. Also, try WILDing with your head sideways whilst keeping on your back. |

ok so ive been trying to LD for a couple weeks now and i need some help with WILD. I usually lay on my bank and stay still. A few minutes later i start to feel my body feel slightly heavy. but i cant cant past that point. i dont know what im doing wrong. please help me. also i never get to the point were your body starts sending signals to move i really dont know what to do. Also can i try and wild on my side because that is my normal sleeping position. |

As josh said, you can try lying on your back with your head tilted sideways. You should try to allow your body to relax, and also relax your mind a bit, but not so much that you will fall asleep. |
