      WILD timeframe and process

So I read somewhere on the forums that when taking a daytime nap to WILD, that you need to be within ~6 hours of the last time you slept so that....REM. Not positive of the reason but if you need to do this for daytime naps, why is nighttime any different?

Also could anyone list the process of their nighttime WILD'ing please?

      3. Numbness
      4. Vibrations
      5. Hypnogogia
      etc.

One more thing. How long does SP usually last? Say you freak out during SP and don't transition into dreamstate, how long could you be stuck hallucinating?

Start breathing deeply and you can get out of SP in a matter of seconds.
I haven't had success with WILD yet, but that's what I used to do when I randomly woke up in SP.

Awesome, thanks. Last thing I want to be is one of those people who get stuck in SP.

People get too many misconceptions about SP. As Slash said, you'll only experience scary or frightening hallucinations if you expect to experience them. SP can actually be quite fun. Try to lay there and enjoy the ride rather than expecting something bad to happen.
