I have read a few of the WILD initiation techniques, but this morning i accidentally triggered a WILD while doing a meditation visualization technique. I dont actively read the threads in this forum so i was wondering if this is common. |

It sounds like you did a certain type of WILD called a V-WILD. Sometimes deep meditation, being relaxed and visualizing things will make your mind think your body is asleep, therefore creating a dream around you. The visualization helps to speed up the dream formation process, because you're actively involved in something that isn't real. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
