Recently I've been trying to WILD and I've been combining this with WBTB. I've been waking up four and a half hours after I estimate I fall asleep - the timings are no problem. Thing is, whenever I get woken up by the alarm, I'm so tired I can barely move and I usually just stay there on my back. I try to stay aware but every single time I've tried WBTB I've just fallen asleep as soon as I wake up.

How can I motivate myself to get out of bed and to stay up a little before going back to sleep? Thanks in advance.
