      the way to WILD?

hello, last night I tried to do a WILD, after seing a guide on how do to it. I have tried this before like a year ago with a different method without any luck.
So I was extremly tired when I went to bed about 2 am, I was laying perfectly still on my back for several minutes and some weird things accured. It felt like I was floating above my bed
I don't know if the floating thing has anything to do with WILD but I felt fully awake when it happend. And sadly something made that I moved as it was a reflex, and I decided to sleep as you normally do.
My question is: has the floating feeling anything to do with WILD or this sleep paralyze?

Sorry if I wrote it bad, english is not my main language

EDIT: will continue to try this.

well, after watching some youtube videos and reading some more I realise I must have had a false awakening:S Cus the floating stoped(saw that that actually is sleep paralysis) and then I accidently moved, thought I had failed, felt that I "woke up". So dammit...
