      WILD Issue with me???

      hi, i have been trying to WILD for a looong time now, and i count down from 100 but i tend to start losing count, having to recount, getting confused more and more until i fall asleep, i need a better method or some kind of solution, thanks

      You could definitely try out different anchors, such as listening to your heartbeat or a ticking clock. Another suggestion I can give is to not count down from 100, but from 10. Each time you're finished counting down, start at 10 again; it might help keep you awake.
