About eyes opening during a WILD attempt (REM).

I tried a WILD this morning and got to SP, but then my eyes started shaking and they ended up opening a bit on me; luckily I had a sleeping mask on and the lights were off, so it didn't impede my attempt, but I was woken up from my dad closing a heavy door downstairs.

For my question: if one's eyes sometimes open because of REM during WILD attempts, does this mean they also occasionally open when you fall asleep normally/unconsciously in REM?

I would believe so. My brothers eyes are open when's he's asleep and I've been said to open them slightly when I sleep.

Yes, some people tell me my eyes open sometimes when i'm sleeping too.

I also get this problem, after entering deep SP my eyes flicker and attempt to open. Had you entered SP?
