      Free fall help

I was using jeff777's free fall tutorial, and I got to the end, but then after entering sp did not know how to actually enter lucidity.

Btw, did anyone notice that I take care to spell properly on my forum posts?

Thumbs up for taking the time to spell properly!

Once sleep paralysis has been achieved, you need to relax yourself even further. You can accomplish this by just repeating something like "relax deeper" or "relax further". Every time you say this phrase, try and actually feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper (don't repeat the phrase again until you have felt your self sink deeper). Also, try and synchronize your breathing with the phrase you use. Here's the way I do it: As you say "relax", breathe in, and as you say "deeper", breathe out. Then allow yourself to pause for about 3-4 seconds before breathing in again. Just keep repeating this for a while and stop for a minute then repeat. Eventually you will come to a point where you feel a surge of energy trying to take over your body, (it will feel like you are falling asleep), just let the energy take over.
That's how far I made it, Good luck to you!

DynoTAP explained it well; relaxing is really important and so is just letting yourself go where the SP wants you to go!
You should also take your attention away from any hallucinations and symptoms of SP you're having. If you're getting HI, don't focus too much on it and instead just passively observe it. You can always imagine yourself being in a dream already, and imagine tactile/visual/auditory sensations; that's really helped me in my WILDs.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
