      Wat shud i have dun?

      I was wilding and was tired (no pre sleep)
      I tried to count my breaths but couldnt focus on it for more than 2 breaths at a time...


      *breath* 1...
      *breath* 2...
      *Thinks of pink elephants eating ma curtains with helium streams* Wait wat doh ill just start again... Again.

      Should i keep counting or stop counting my breaths but still count?

      Also how close wuz i? I did get some feelings in some point but i always have to swallow all the time when that happens.

      Meditation exercises generally help, if you have problem with concentration. Counting breaths is a good way to start, also visualize your chest rising and lowering while you breathe. The important thing is to relax and not stress, your body sleeps but mind is awake.

      Always attempt after sleeping for a few hours.

      Nah, i dont want to wake up in de middel of the night. Its better than not wilding at all at least
      Btw, i do get to the state where i feel my body slightly twist and stuff, and sometime my breathing comes a bit harder... Is that sp? If it is do i need to be more relaxed or just wait longer?

      Also what is it called when you know youre dreaming but just go with the dream normally?

      If you aren't going to do a wbtb then I reccomend not even trying to WILD. But hey thats me. I think you will most likely be wasting your time.

      Try jeff777 free fall. As far as I know, you don't need to wbtb. But u do need to improve the spelling.
