      Question about Wild

Ok I have been getting up at around 4:00 am lately and trying to wild but am yet to have one. The problem is I can't fall asleep whilst on my back or in any other position for that matter if I have to stay still and focus on keeping conscious. In order to fall asleep I have to not think and lose consciousness otherwise I find my self laying their all night waiting to fall asleep. Also I have never had sp but was wondering what that feeling of numbness is when you don't move for a while. One idea I had was to stay up for one night and the next day I would be so tired I would have to fall asleep I no it's probably not the best method but would this help? tips please

You feel intense waves when you enter SP. Also described as the vibration period.
If you lay still for 15 mins or so, you will enter this, its easy, because you can be completely aware.
Tricky bit is transitioning, but I wouldn't try WILDing with 1 lucid anyway.
      Try DILD, MILD, and/or DEILD.
Useful things, improve your Recall and try All day Awareness.
