Oooh yeah. You were really close. Was the scream the reason you got up? |

Today I decided to try a WILD. After 10 minutes, my whole body kinda felt, numbish and heavy. I also saw hypnagogic imagery. A few minutes after that, I heard a scream, and got scared so I got up. Was I close to Sleep Paralysis? |

It sounds like you were pretty close, yeah. It might've been the early stages of SP. A lot of times, in the early stages you'll feel numb and heavy. This comes just before full blown SP where you can't move at all and you get ringing/roaring noises in your ears and get vibrations. You don't NEED to have vibrations or ringing, but they're telltale signs. So if you can't move and you've been laying there a couple of minutes with no vibrations or whatever, just start trying to visualize yourself seeing your room through your eyelids or something and go into the dream. |

What time during the night (Or day if napping) were you attempting the WILD? It does sound like the start of sleep paralysis. Numbness and feeling heavy are VERY common when it comes to SP. |

Indeed, Yeah, at first, I didn't even notice the screaming though XD |

OMG! I had a WILD last night without even having to go through sleep paralysis! I was just lying down, letting my mind wander. And suddenly this dreamscape forms in front of me. Sadly, I guess I had to go through sleep paralysis, because when I opened my dream eyes, I opened my RL eyes |
