      Was this a WILD?

      So this morning i woke up at 5, accidentally breaking SP. To get it back, i tried the lucidology "Stop drop and roll" technique to get back into SP and hopefully have a WILD. I wasnt completely paralyzed, but then i saw a very bright light. It filled my entire vision, then disappeared.
      I should say that the one major difference between my lucid and non lucid dreams is that lucid dreams are much more "Full Screen" if you know what i mean... i just can see a larger picture.

      So could this be a WILD trying to kick-start? Or just some hypnogognic imagery?

      It sounds like you were in sleep paralysis, and that was HI. What did you do after you saw the light? Did you continue to lay still? I think it was the start of a WILD, congrats

      Whoops, sorry

      After i saw the light, i think i was a little too surprised... i didnt move but it went away.
      And i just remembered... i forgot to RC after that. Maybe it was a false awakining... Doh!
