Was this a hypnogogic hallucination???

I just tried my first wild. I got up this morning and went back to bed about 45 minutes later because I was feeling sic, so it was a Wbtb.

I lay on my back, breathed deeply into my stomach and tried not to think to much, then I got a bit itchy and started seing a purple blob move around, it eventually changed so it looked like a tree but in only purple, then some more colors went on it and it moved around. It didn't look real though.

Then I felt a big spider crawl across my stomach, it was big and fury, and I could feel it walking, I freaked out, rolled out of bed and started slapping my stomach.
Haha, it's pretty funny when I think back over it.
And when I looked there was no spider.

Was the spider a hypnogogic hallucination?
And were the images hypnogogic hallucinations?

Thanx for replies,
I'm gonna try it again and try not move no matter what,
But it's hard cos I know that it could actualy be what I'm feeling, like there could actualy be a spider on me.

Any tips on getting over this???
