Indution: Imagine moving before falling asleep

This is something I experienced a few times a few times before which actually helps inducing lucid dreams.

Usually when I go to bed at night, being physically tired of the day's activities, especially those involving a lot of movement like swimming in the ocean, skiing or ice-skating, I get the sensation of movement mimicking that of what ever I've done in the day, I don't know how and why but it happens.

I figured out that when you start to feel the movement and just before you lose consciousness, you should exaggerate the movement and gradually transform it into the spinning movement you would make if you start to lose lucidity, and then you would quite likely become lucid from this motion. It worked for me a few times.

Some drawbacks might be that when you dream that you fall, which would probably always happen when you go ice-skating, you kick yourself awake and the whole process should start again.

This sounds pretty interesting. I remember doing something kind of similar after coming home from a day at the amusement park. I'd still have that residual feeling of being on a rollercoaster and I'd use it to imagine myself on one in a dream. I think it could work for both MILD and WILD.

I think I should do this more often when I do a WBTB to help with WILDing...I'm getting so many dreams recalled almost every day. And they feel soooo long, which is good that I can have a distorted perception of time.

But this changing our clocks back a hour is making me scared that I might not sleep long enough to try a WILD
