Reiterating my WILD observations that may not have been heard by the majority

My memory of the dream is a little vague and crummy, but then again I haven't been writing in my dream journal as I haven't been practicing lucid dreaming seriously enough and I seriously wasn't expecting to succeed. I felt very sedated in the dream and was wondering if stabilizing would fight this feeling.

I noticed that I could still feel my body at times such as when running really hard, (most likely because I didn't reality check and stabilize), and that when I looked upwards with my physical eyes I could focus more on the dream and/or regain control over it when the dream scene went blank. The dream felt much like a prolonged daydream.
Yeah so I just wanted to do a repeat of the above for those who may have missed out on my previous thread (which was very badly titled). I took out the things that no longer had a relation to title of this thread.

I''m still left wondering why it felt so difficult to dream and why I didn't have a vivid lucid dream in the first place -- it was a WILD after all...

It doesn't matter if you become lucid through WILD or DILD or any technique for that matter. All dreams have the potential to be extremely vivid and lucid just as much as the potential for them to be blurry and hard to control. Vividness and control comes with experience and skill at LD'ing, and both of those will take some time, so continue doing what you are doing. I have had extremely long WILD's one day, and a couple days after a very short WILD, so it always varies, but you get better the more you practice remaining in the dream staate.

All you need to do in order to maintain vividness and lucidity is meditation, concentration, willpower and stabilization techniques.
