      Problems WILDing in the mornings

Hi! I'm new to this forum and to lucid dreaming. I've been trying to WILD for about a week now but I haven't been successful so far. From what I've read, the best times for WILDing are in the morning after 6 hours of sleep or during naps. My problems is that whenever I try it in the mornings it seems a lot more difficult, like I can't concentrate and I feel itching that I can't ignore or the urge to roll over is a thousand times worse. It's really frustrating.
Yesterday I tried WILDing before going to bed at night and I finally got sleep paralysis but I couldn't enter a dream. Is this because I wasn't in REM sleep?

      So my questions are:
      1. How can I relax enough to WILD in the mornings?
      2. Is it possible to WILD at night before going to bed (because that's when I'm most relaxed)?

      Sorry for the long post!
