I actually disagree. Concentrating on your body during SP is one of the ways to snap out of it. When I enter SP -- if I notice it at all -- thinking about my body will bring me back to awareness, ruin my attempt, and start creating signals that my body is really uncomfortable and I have to move. Sometimes I'll feel something and wonder if it's SP. If I concentrate on a part of my body, it'll usually feel really heavy, but wondering/trying to move it will just result in me having to roll over and do it again. Moving during SP kind of defeats the purpose.
As for omarko, I would say you're still in your transition phase. You have to relax, distance your brain from the sensations, and let them wash over you. My transition doesn't have hallucinations, it has vibrations, and I just relax and think about dreaming as they pass over my body. When they stop, I'm usually in a dream. So ride your HI out until the sensations end, and then you can try to open your eyes in the dreamworld. Good luck.
