I just attempted a WILD during a nap. I let my mind wander for a while, but then I felt like I was extremely twitchy and restless. I can replicate that effect while awake by focusing on something really hard. |

How long were you lying down for? Sometimes if you don't relax fast or deep enough, you might get restless more quickly. I find that there's a time of day where I'm awake, but I'm still a bit mentally asleep - that point of the day where I can sort of just walk wherever and not really care. If I lie down, I don't care to change positions because I feel like I can return to sleep so easily... It's hard to explain. |
