Don't know what to do from this point on.

I have reached the sleep paralysis stage and was having hypnagogic imagery. The issue is that when ever I try to passively watch it, it disappears and I have to wait a minute for it to reappear again. I mean that I will not be paying attention and then I will see something in my vision and I will try to look at it but it stops. I am not really sure what to do from this point on. This is the furthest I have got so far. Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated.

Try to "OBE" it. (OBE = out of body experience). Whether you believe you actually leave your body or if it is simply part of the developing dream, it might help to try it. That is what I do when I am in SP and can't seem to enter a lucid. I have been able to enter some lucids that way. I simply try to roll out or float out (I can't really explain how to do it; look up "phantom wiggling"). I hope that helps.

I am going to try that tonight I guess. Just try and "roll out" or whatever?

I guess. It's kind of hard to explain. Try searching up 'obe' on dreamviews, there are people who explain it better than I did.
