I need some help on staying up for my WBTB..

Hello! So I'm having trouble with falling asleep/forgetting what I'm doing during my WILDs. People have told me to make the WBTB longer. Last night I tried to, but just didn't have the energy (and was too cold) to actually move around for a while, sit at my desk and do basic math, etc.

      Any tips?

Well personally I don't stay up too long, maybe 5 mintues at the most, but if you are looking for things to keep you awake longer read a book in bed, play on your phone, ect.
