ok. so i do the wbtb method then i do the wild. ok all i hear is sounds (wob wob wob). then it goes pitch black. i dont know if i failded or what. i tried 15 times and i would just sit there and wait for something to happen. one day i did a wild and waited for full SP, then i opened my eyes and all i saw was my room but i had a hole in my bed, and when i tried to move it felt like i was in wax, i was going all slow and shit. am i the type that haves dream eyes or can u guys just tell me step-by-step what to do. or just tell me y i cant see hypnogogic imagery. anyway goodbye |

Ok what your experiencing is actually sleep paralysis, the sounds you heard were actually hypnagogic hallucinations, if you just sit there while you hear/feel/see stuff like that, it should get more intense, then you might decide to stand up and have a false awakening, or you could immediately become lucid inside your house or another location. |

Sounds like you've actually WILDed, you transitioned into a dream version of your bedroom.
