try a different method??? or just tell yourself its all in your head and nothing can hurt you. |

Relax, it's only a transition. I think you'll get more used to it in time, that's the only logic option at least. If you stress, it's kinda hard falling asleep isn't it..? |

Thanks guys, I'm gonna try it again. So the next step is imagining the place I want to go and stepping into it..hmm..any techniques? cause I have no idea how I'll do that and I want to go quick before I start hearing screams and stuff which I'm mostly afraid of |

I have solved my issue with being scared of scary HH by installing a bunch of night light. It gives me comfort to know, that when I hear something and open my eyes, it's not dark. |

You go through that, and sleep paralysis, every time you go to sleep. You are now hyper-aware of this fact and sensitive to it. I consciously try to put a name to Hypnogogic imagery . Blue blobs become blue clouds, Geometric forms become fences ... and so on. You will get used to it. Byt if you can't there's always DILD's with RC's. |

I'm going to sleep now. I've trained myself to wake up at 3:00 AM for a WILD. Then I will try it. So I'll post another comment on here telling you what happened |

I read some people use music to neutralize auditory HH. |
