I'm a beginner when it comes to WILD (so far I've only had two) and I've already met some annoying obstacles.
I only have WILD either right before awakening or falling asleep right after waking in the morning, leaving me with less than five minutes to explore my new dream by the time I fully relax into SP.
Also, the past two nights (proceeding my first two WILDs the two nights before) I woke up early in the morning around 5:30AM and found myself attempting to enter SP so I could perform the WILD Technique, but every time I was lucky enough to start slipping into it, I either jolted out of it accidentally or found my heart starting to pound like crazy in my chest, despite my efforts to relax. I started to breathe faster and heavier because well, that's what happens when your heart pounds. This prevented me from being able to relax enough so I gave up around 7:30AM or 9:00AM and fell asleep unconsciously.

Any tips or advice?
