      Two Problems Attempting WILD

Last night, I tried to WILD--again--and aside from the floating feeling, it didn't go any further. I can finally control my heart rate from going up with excitement because I pretend it means nothing when I get "floaty". Though, I actually enjoy the floaty feeling and think that I could progress even further if not for the first major problem in my agenda:

      My nostrils start to itch!
It is absolute torture. I am seriously not kidding about this. How can I rectify this situation?

Next, and last, for some reason my toes will start to move up and down involuntarily...I think. Like, they feel like they're moving, but I'm not sure. How can I get that to stop?

Your help and/or advice is sincerely appreciated.

Yeah, the itches are real pain. Try to ignore them, if you can. If not, scratch very slowly and without paying too much attention to your scratching.

Not sure about the feet moving. Do they feel floaty? If yes, it could be your astral feet trying to project. Try to make your feet to go higher. Or, just ignore it and continue with your attempt. Happy dreams

Thanks for the help, you two. Hopefully, scratching slowly will help. Then again, it is allergy season here, so maybe that's why my nose is itching. As for the other problem, maybe I'm paying too much attention to the small details and need to relax more. XD
