Well today was my fourth time trying, and i only got about 4 hours of sleep last night so i thought i would take a midday nap, but then i thought i should try to wild. |

Congratulations on getting close! |

When I reach this point, I try to remain observant but the moment I remember to try not to interact with it, it already stops. |
|
Yeah i now know just to observe. When the vibrations started i actually thought to myself "This is it!" and then it stopped aha |
|
How can I disregard it, it is so weirdd |

Practice meditation during the day. The idea of some meditation is simply being aware of yourself without actually focusing too much - that's it. If you're truly aware of your mind when you're WILDing you won't be surprised at any of the hypnagogic hallucinations as you will be "prepared" for it. I don't know if it makes any sense, but I think simply doing practices like meditation will help train this ability. |

Thank you for all the advice. Im hoping to beable to wild in a month or so, im pretty excited and determined to do this. I've only had one lucid dream for about 3 minutes and it was amazing. |

I kinda have this problem too, I tried WILDing last night and i felt like a numbness in my fingers and like they were sort of being lifted and my legs kinda felt a little off. I felt some vibrations but then nothing, I tried to just observe everything as it happened but my heart would beat faster and I would starting thinking more and more and then I ended up just going to bed lol I actually ended up with a short DILD though, like 15 seconds but still. I'm not sure if what I'm doing is right but hey never hurts to try |

I also noticed i would start to hear my heart beat! |
