So, I'm fascinated by the WILD technique. I REALLY REALLY want to use it instead of other techniques, because I find directly entering dream state to be the best and most appropriate approach... I'v tried it before In the past, but failed, I think it was because I didn't know what positions to take in, or what way I had to sleep or the times I was suppose to wake up during REM, But... I recently tried it again after reading Mancons In depth WILD guide, And... I failed. I couldn't stay awake, Even though I properly became awake and relaxed at the same time,... I fell asleep about.... 10 minutes in?... I'm scared to try it again in case I fail...again. Can someone please give me some links to a few other good WILD guides on DV or any other website?. And can an experienced WILD user answer these questions PLEASE? I would really appreciate it to shine some light on the matters at hand.

Questions:
How long do I have to wait until I begin to enter Sleep paralysis?.

Do I have to keep my eyes still as they are closed? or can I still freely move my eyes around in my head?.

How will I know I've entered Sleep Paralysis?
