      Hey, tomassgr:

Just wondering what method you use nightly to strengthen dream recall and cue your mind to become lucid? I am just starting to try to become lucid while dreaming, but I have previously used methods for dream recall which worked very well. For me, it took time and consistency. A consistent ritual that helped cue my brain before bedtime and then the habit of writing in my dream journal the moment I woke. As you become more accustomed to recalling dreams it takes less effort to remember them. But you have to have good dream recall first, I believe. Those who actually lucid dream on command will have better suggestions for the lucid part. Keep trying though - it does take time.
