From here and now i will be typing down every attempt and experience with learning how to wild. I've only tried it twice and will continue to try until i can do it.
First Try: So, i layed down on my back and tried to concentrate on my breathing, a few thoughts floated into my head but i quickly dismissed them. After about 5 minutes my body started to feel a little warmer (Probably because of the blanket) and then it started getting heavy. I had read that it could take up to an hour for SP to kick in so i was excited that i was feeling things with my body so soon. At the ten minute mark i felt like something was pushing down on my lightly. At the 25 minute mark i felt nothing at all. So i gave up for the night and decided to try again when i woke up. (This was attempted before i went to bed.
Second Try: I woke up after sleeping for about 5 and a half hours, and decided to try it again. I closed my eyes and tryed to focus on my breathing but found it harder then last night, maybe because i just woke up. I only lasted for about 15 minutes and stopped when i didn't feel anything at all.
I will be recording my further attempts, Please give advice or story of your first wild expirience.
