What am I doing wrong?

I got around 7 1/2 hours of sleep. Stayed up for 1hr 45 min and played a game of soccer (I woke up in the middle of REM, I think) And when I got home I decided to take a nap and I tried to WILD but failed like usual. I lied on my back for like 30mins and then my side and then my back but nothing happened. I saw purple flashes in my eyes which I believe was HI it it was jumpy. I did not pay much attention too it and I was hoping for it to lead me to a dream, but nothing. Can anybody help?

I can highly recommend the WILD class in DV Academy. Just read the articles yesterday and it's a real eye-opener. It will clarify SP, HH, time when to WILD and everything around it. New lessons posted every week a think. Happy dreams
