Tell me if I am doing this wrong...

Here's my day, i will say it only talking about lucid dreaming stuff.

I wake up trying to remember my dreams. Sometimes i try really desperately. Than i have lucid dreaming in my mind for the next hour. I preform 2 reality checks when i wake up. Than I go to school and my lucid dreaming thoughts are now not at the forfront of my mind, i try REALLY hard to keep repeating my mantra during first period (whispering of course as i don't want my teacher to think im weird LMAO) But my thoughts drift away during the other 2 periods of school. Sometimes Lucid dreaming pops back into my head and i check to see if anything is unusual. I preform a reality check during recess. Than the day continues blah. I reach home and do a reality check. Than i take another shower and preform another reality check. Than i play video games with lucid dreaming sometimes gone for he time. Dinner, I sometimes preform reality check. Than i go upsairs to watch tv or do hmwk. I sleep at 10:00, so at about 9:00 I preform a reality check or 3, and an awareness test. I listen to this

YouTube - Lucid Dreaming Induction With Theta & Delta Binaural Brainwaves without focusing on it.

And i listen to the subliminal audio by ninja(numbers i do not remember)

I preform another reality check and tell myself before and as i'm going to sleep "the next time I'm dreaming, I will realize I'm dreaming... Am i Dreaming? Is this a Dream?" That is my mantra. Sometimes i try REALLY hard to hve lucid dreams ONLY at night though.

Am i doing anything wrong? PLZ HELP

Sounds like you're putting a lot more effort into than I ever did. I would suggest making sure to do a WBTB half way through the night. You don't have to stay up long, just set an alarm a few hours before you normally wake up. You can then go right back to sleep with the intention of lucid dreaming at the forefront of your mind. Almost all of my lucid dreams are after waking up in the middle of the night and then keeping lucid dreaming at the front of my mind as I fall back asleep. If you MILD at the beginning of the night by the time you get to a good REM period you've completely forgotten about your intention of Lucid dreaming. WBTB can put it at the forefront of your mind at a time that your much closer to a long REM period.
