      Im so ready to have my first lucid dream via the canwild method I have my auto stopping alarm and I'm ready to go. If I get lucid the first thing I'm going to do is go to white water and conquer my fears of water slides!!!!!!

      well it did not go as planed i tried using a cheap pair of headphones but that only made me take them off. all and all it did not sound any suggestions?
