      deild question?

      when trying deild i have an alarm on 1 minute auto snooze and fade in. but the problem is that i have built up a thing were when eva i wake up from an alarm (even different sounds) i jump out of bed to turn it off.
      so do i just need to get over this?
      i was thinking that when eva someone wakes me up by pushing me or touching me i dont do this. so could i use something that wakes you up using feeling not sound?

      Wakes you up using feeling and not sound? The only thing that comes to mind is a bed that shakes? I think those are only available by custom order and they are for deaf people that cannot hear an alarm. I imagine this would be very expensive so I suggest just training yourself not to jump out of bed when your alarm goes off

      I've heard they make vibrating watches, that might work. Or put your phone on vibrate and put it under your pillow?
