help me get to a dream from Sleep Paralysis

well basically, I've been working on DILDs and MILDs and practising all day awareness for a couple months. But I want some input on how to successfully WILD because I've found myself in SP several times both wake induced, and straight from sleep and I can never quite get to a dream from there. Ive tried visualizing dream scenes in the blackness of my eyelids, I've also tried to force open my eyes (and i can see my room and my body and sometimes shadowy figures,) but that usually wakes me up. I've also tried to just lie there and go with the flow but it gets me nowhere. The closest I've been is last night when i was in SP and i just got the urge to try and stand up and so i tried. It felt like I broke my dream body off from my real body like I've heard people say, but im not sure if thats what happened. I kept my eyes closed, but could imagine my bedroom, I felt my wall and walked along it to my door but then I dont remember anything. Do you think I was dreaming when i got up and walked? or did SP just end and i got up in real life and did that? Its weird cause I dont remember actually leaving my room or walking back to bed so I feel I must have been dreaming for a short time. But any ways how do experienced LDers get into their dreams from SP? Id like to try some things that work for other people Thanks

Sorry, I can't tell if you were dreaming or not. But, if it happens again, be sure to do some reality checks!

      TRANSITIONS:

Most of the times, I wait until the vibrations disappear. Then I suddenly "wake up", and I'm in a dream version of my bedroom/the place where I went to sleep. Sometimes I have to open my eyes in the dream on my own.

When I have trouble with the transition, I visualise only my right arm and hand in the air. The background then turns into my room by itself. I can also just visualise my room, but that's a little harder to do.

I don't often try to roll out of my body while in SP. I've only succeeded maybe two times, as I find it hard to move my dream body instead of my physical body. The feeling of not being able to move can be frustrating, so I try to avoid that.

On rare occasions, a dream forms in front of me before I experience SP. I don't really know how I get into the dream, I just think to myself: "Oh, it's a dream!", and then I transition into it.

It's important to remain calm in order to transition. Don't try to force anything to happen, and don't be too excited/anxious. Also, don't think about your physical body. All of this will get easier when you get used to SP.

You are very, very close! From SP, a lucid dream is merely seconds away, so keep trying!
