      Hypnosis for WILD

      i know there have been a few threads about hypnosis here before and even 1 by me, so sorry about that but there are a few things i want to know. i know a fair bit about hypnosis and understand prety well how it works.

      First of all i havent had a lucid dream for ages and im going to start getting back into it, and i have decided to mix self hypnisis and wild. not doing self hypnosis while WILDing, but at other times to make it easier.

      So i would do deep phisical relaxation, then some breath focus, then a staircase deepener, and then give the suggestions.
      what would be some good things to try and suggest?
      and what would be a good phrase to use to suggest them?

      also if anyone else is trying this or something similar, something that helps me is when you do the stair deepener you imagine a set of 10 stairs going down to water, and with each step feel yourself getting more relaxed. here is the differant part, you keep walking into the water, feeling your body become covered in this numbing relaxing warm water.

      I feel like an old grandpa telling this same story over and over XD
      The first time I ever felt SP/NREM was when I was trying self hypnosis for lucid dreaming. At the time I had done no prior research and I didn't even know what lucid dreaming was. I had gotten an audio track which supposedly taught you how to lucid dream once it had hypnotized you. I only ever used it twice but it was the first time I had ever felt the amazing lead blanket. I don't have much advice to give but all I can say is that it certainly had a huge effect on me.
