Okay so i've never WILD'd before but there has been a couple of times where Im laying there and then i get this sensation over my whole body and it causes me to breath heavily, and think "Oh sh*t, its coming" and i just end up ruining it, any tips on how to stay calm? |

Self induced hyperventilation trance. All beginners do it. When you lie there and try to "make" something happen and you focus really hard and expect to feel certain things (because you read a horrible shitty incorrect WILD guide by jeff777 for example) then the mind makes it real. And it just so happens that the fake NREM that people induce always has the same exact characteristics, to the point where someone like me can easily spot it when someone describes what happened. |
