Wild help! what to do after sleep paralysis

Okay last night I tried the wild technique. I allowed my body to become aware and just be a passive observer I got to the sleep paralysis where it became hard to breath and my neck and under was all tingling and unable to move. I knew this was goinfg to happen so I kept repeating "this is a dream" and then my forehead started becoming tingly feeling and then my eyes got tingly also. At this point I was just staring at the blackness /random lighting under my eyelids. Then a demon appears and gets closer and I say hi to it ( what Idiot says hi to a demon) I knew to be passive observer so I said hi and at that it turned into jesus and he hugged me and I felt warm inside annd every now and then rand om images appeared before my eyes but never went into a dream so I gave up and ended the sleep paralysis (breathed in heavily wiggled toes then got up and looked at the time. I started at 2:00 and it was 4:00! I don't know why I couldn't go into the dream. Oh and also somewhere in the technique I felt my head go heavy and a voice say go down and I tried to go down into a dream but nothing happened. What am I doing wrong?

It seems that it went all right. You got yourself relaxed (that's what the tingling was - not SP). You go to see hallucinations - HH (you may not always see them) - that's what the demon/jesus was. You got to experience, that when you don't get scared but you engage with the scary stuff, it will turn into something not scary.

Just do it again. In the meantime, please check out this WILD to read about the whole process in great detail, and explanation, why SP is not part of LDing and why what you experienced was not SP here http://www.dreamviews.com/wake-initi...ml#post1937684

Listen to gab, and by the way do you have dream journal and are you practicing awareness? If not, i suggest reading this thread in addition to ones gab linked: http://www.dreamviews.com/dild/13212...ods-dilds.html , dream journal and awareness practice helps alot with lucid dreaming in general, and that does includes WILDing.

If you have frequent SP, use it to your advantage.
