when i try WILDS i just dont go to sleep, its like im useing to much brain activity to go to sleep. but i thought it didnt matter how much you are thinking as long as your body is still it will go to sleep?
a few times i have been going to sleep, and someone has said something to me and this makes me conscious at a level i could not get to, and this made me think why not use this as a technique. maybe it already exists, i dunno. but i thought you could record something and make it play back every 5 minutes or something. and might as well make the recording something like "you are dreaming". and also with this technique you could fully let go and go to sleep normaly.
does this already exist? if it does can someone point me in the direction of a tutorial?
does this sound like it would work?
any other tiips for it?
