      Attempt to WILD/old experiences

My very first WILD happened like this: i woke up like 4 am in the morning, and i thought this would be a perfect time to try wild! So i lied in my bed, and i started feeling a bit heavy. Then i started to hear some scary noises. But i didin't mind it very much thinking that i was very close to a lucid dream.

This is the part where i almost entered a dream, i started hearing the sounds of a crowded subway and it sounded very realistic and i got a bit exited. I feelt the air hit my face as a train passes by. I am starting to se the conture of a train, but then my leg had a twitch and just like that it was over...

Now i am going to try again, any tips for this time?

      Nice try

Even if something interrupts you, you can return to your attempt and shortly you should be back in the stage you were before.

You had some good hypnagogic hallucinations and you vere very very close to LD. I think your leg moving was just one time occurence and it will not happen next time. Good job not getting scared of the noise and not paying too much attention to it. It's best to just observe them passively.

I don't want to influence you on your attempts, you seem to be doing great. But here is a article Sensations and types of entry into a WILD that may give you a hint about entering a dream in different situations. Happy dreams:alien

So so so close. Keep doing whatever you were doing. If it all stops and you hear nothing/ see nothing; open your eyes. You may very well find yourself in a dream scape
