Hello DV!

Today I have taken an interest in napping only because I heard that when you nap your brain goes into REM sleep much quicker compared to a normal sleep cycle at night. I don't know why this happens, but I would like to try it out.

My main questions are these:

1. Do you know how long it take to get into REM for a short, afternoon nap?

2. Why does your brain automatically go into REM that much quicker for naps?
