      dream troubles

hey guys thanks for takeing the time to read my post, I've had quite a few lucid dreams in the last month. however people talk about how real there dreams were and clear and vivid, but i remember my dreams being fuzzy and i dont remember feeling or hearing things. I just wanted to know if other people have the same problems and/or how to fix it.

ohh and does any one but me RC a hole bunch before they do something bad in a dream to make 100% sure they are in a dream?

I have heard of such problems before from several members of the site. I would recommend firstly keeping a dream journal to improve your dream recall by making sure you write down all of the dreams you can remember. Secondly, if the dreams you are having are lucid and they don't seem to be clear/vivid, try commanding your dream to become more clear and expect it to do so when you command it.

For example, you could shout "Clarity now!" or make up a magic word that makes the dream clear. You will have to have 100% faith that this will work and actually expect it to work though if you want the dream to become clear. You could also try changing the method you use for obtaining lucids. As for the reality check part, I strongly recommend doing several reality checks before doing anything bad just to be sure.

I used to have fuzzy Dreams often, but this was before I started actively trying to Lucid Dream. I can't remember the last time I had a fuzzy, sorry I was no help there. As for the reality check, I would recommend you having a
"for sure" RC in your repertoire before you do something crazy. For me its either Telekinesis or a summoning. That pretty much seals the deal for me and I can comfortably know for sure I'm Dreaming.

      I Dreamed a Dream
In it, saw people I've never seen
      Gone places I've never been
And done things I'd do again.
