Hey it's me lol. I'm not that experienced but if you ever get into that situation dont try to control it. Just relax and embrace it and keep your mind awake. Hope that helps ya a bit. |

Okay, so when I lie down to WILD, after a while I feel like I'm spinning, round and round. |

And So I Begin My Journey Of Lucidity, To The Land Of Everlasting Peace....
If Anyone Tells You That You Can't Achieve Your Dreams, Tell Them You Achieve About 3-5 Every Night.
If you feel a really strong sensation of spinning, I mean like so strong like it feels you are literally on a roller coaster, well then it's pretty safe to assume that you are dreaming and you can just get up out of the dreambed you are then trying to WILD in. |
Thanks MasterMind. So basically, when I feel like I'm really spinning, I'm already dreaming, I just don't know it yet because I didn't feel the transition? |
Your welcome here is a big post about the aminergic system and how to use awakenings to make you more critical in dreams. |
I would say, that if you feel your body to be in different position than when you got in bed, what you feel is your dream body already separated and moved out of position. |
Well not exactly, it's more likely that you are transitioning into a dream but that you are too tensed to fully enter. It's hard to explain what exactly to do, just keep calm and don't bother trying to look for some specific feeling or anything just get really relaxed and try to fall asleep. You have to have faith that you will enter the dream quickly, if you don't think it's a dream yet you will likely never fully enter it. |
gab: I don't understand. With this my eyes were shut and I was only seeing darkness, as far as I can remember. I couldn't see my dream body at all... |
Ya basically, take it as a sign that the dream has started to form and know that if it ends you have become used to it and are doing the right thing. Focus on your destination and let the rest of your feeling float by, don't try induce sleep paralysis but don't try be too aware of your surroundings. Just drift off until it starts coming naturally. |
I didn't see anything either, my eyes were shut as were yours. But you can tell just by having spatial awareness that your body is not in the same position as you left it, but it has rotated by 40 degrees (in my case). Possibly by also feeling both bodies at the same time. |
