      Tried FILD for first time.

      Hey

Few nights ago I tried FILD.

I woke up using a mantra. As soon as I realized that I'm awake, I rolled to my back, and started doing the FILD. After seconds, I could feel my fingers moving, but I wasn't moving them at all, lol.
I was half awake, I just ignored it and falled asleep. What does it mean? Was I in a dream, actually?

You were probably dreaming and should have done a reality check.

My first time trying FILD it worked for me much to my shock. It was strange because I felt a strange sensation in my brain as I was moving my fingers. After about 20 seconds I was sure I was dreaming but I kept doing it for 30 more seconds or so just to be sure. After a reality check I realized I was dreaming(closed-nose breathing and fingers through hand).

But I haven't been able to repeat or have any other sort of lucid dream since. I've tried FILD at various points at least ten times since then.

Are you waking up using alarm clock? If yes you should try using a mantra, because alarm clock can wake you up during delta cycle and entirely wake you up, where a mantra wakes you up during rem cycle, and you're still half-awake.
