Thread: I need help on WILD please

ive tried a WILD quite a few times, ive even tried the stop,drop and roll technique for WILD. but when i do this i don't really understand fully on what im doing, what im supposed to feel ,how i see the imagery and what it looks like (is it like looking at a TV, but close up). I just want to be able to lucid dream but im struggling, i need a version that is really basic and not to hard to understand
