      need some help/suggestions

      i do wbtb every night and 80% of the time i ethier black out or i lie their completely awake and not feel any thing. i of course dont pay to much attention to how my body feels but wouldnt u attlest notice? also the few times that i did notice vibrations they went away imedently, also i get completely imersed in thought and forgget what im doing then snap back to reality, this normal? sorry for the bad gramar as english is not my first language.

      I'm not sure if you are using any mantras that would keep your mind awake, while your body falls asleep. And if you can't go back to sleep, did you try staying up for WBTB shorter?
