hey this has pronbably been asked before so im sorry if so. but when doing a deild do you think it would be effective to have a preset dream scenario in your mind ready to go when you wake up in the middle of the night. Like lets say i have a scenario of me splashing water on the beach do you think that would be effective have you tried this. Or should i just stick to trying to enter the dream i had before i woke up. thanks |
