      Deild question?

      hey this has pronbably been asked before so im sorry if so. but when doing a deild do you think it would be effective to have a preset dream scenario in your mind ready to go when you wake up in the middle of the night. Like lets say i have a scenario of me splashing water on the beach do you think that would be effective have you tried this. Or should i just stick to trying to enter the dream i had before i woke up. thanks

      Interesting question. Your dreams are based on recent experiences so a pre-determined visualization may not work. I would stick to the last dream you can recall. Pre-determined visualizations, for me anyhoo, work best when first falling asleep. Usually with a DEILD I stay with the dream I just woke up with and try to visualize that scenario.
