Hi guys, just wondered if anyone could help with a wild problem I'm having. I've been having some success with the wild technique but I'm having a lot of problems staying aware while doing the technique.
I have tried using the technique while having a mid day nap but most of the time 1 hour into the wild attempt nothing as happened with no vibrations or anything.
When I try the technique at night (around 4 or 5am) within 2min I'm back to asleep until the morning.
Has anyone got any suggestion how I could improve my awareness at night?
