There's some app called Lucid Dream Reality Check, for free, but I'm not entirely sure if it works the same way.

Could also use vibration only, no sound, and then put it in your sock :L. It should be alright, if the alarm stops after a minute or so, yeah?

oh and if you manage to get the same app it only goes off once (1x sound and 1x vibration) which is perfect
